Frequently asked questions

Answers before assumptions.

The most important questions are often about what a product can responsibly claim, who sees what, and what happens when evidence is uncertain.

Who is ThinkProof for?

Adults from many backgrounds may use the general challenge for reflection and professional development. That includes students, early-career professionals, sales and operations teams, technology teams, leaders, doctors, lawyers, educators, and AI-adoption programs. The scenarios are business-oriented, and results remain limited to those scenarios.

Does someone need AI expertise?

No. The challenge examines how someone evaluates evidence around an AI-supported recommendation; it does not test technical AI knowledge.

Can doctors, lawyers, or other regulated professionals use it?

They may take the general developmental challenge, but the result does not evaluate medical, legal, clinical, professional, or licensing competence and must not be presented as doing so.

Are results comparable across every background?

No such claim is made. Language, culture, disability, education, professional experience, technology access, and familiarity with business scenarios may affect responses. The current challenge is not designed for ranking people or groups.

Can I request an accommodation?

Yes. Contact support before beginning if a disability, language, time, format, or technology barrier may affect participation. Requesting an accommodation must not be treated as evidence about judgment or ability.

Can a company use the result for hiring?

No. ThinkProof Challenge 001 is a developmental assessment and is not validated for hiring, promotion, employment screening, admission, compensation, termination, or another high-stakes selection decision.

What can a company administrator see?

The portal shows campaign management, participant status, plan capacity, support, and approved reports. Private response text is not displayed to company administrators by default.

How are uncertain results handled?

Medium-confidence, low-confidence, incomplete, questionable, or watchlist results remain behind a human-review gate until reviewer evidence is added.

Are names and emails sent to an AI model?

No. The scoring design excludes participant names and email addresses and redacts common contact information found inside response text before an eligible scoring request.

When will reports be available?

Delivery timing depends on cohort size, submission completion, and review requirements. A paid pilot’s timing is confirmed before launch.

Can we request a custom scenario?

Yes, but custom work requires scoping. ThinkProof will confirm the purpose, evidence structure, privacy boundaries, accessibility needs, and what conclusions can responsibly be drawn before accepting the work.

Who operates ThinkProof and appears on invoices?

ThinkProof is owned and operated by CONNECTNEXA SOLUTIONS L.L.C.. ThinkProof identifies the product, while CONNECTNEXA SOLUTIONS L.L.C. is the legal seller and payment recipient shown on invoices or receipts.

How do I get help?

Use the Contact us page, the support area inside the company portal, or email support@thinkproof.ai. Do not send private assessment answers or payment-card information by email.
