Access should not depend on how someone sees, hears, moves, or processes information.
ThinkProof is being built to support keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, motion, and plain-language needs across the public site and company experience.
Our approach
CONNECTNEXA SOLUTIONS L.L.C. aims to make ThinkProof usable by people with disabilities and to work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes an ongoing design target, not a claim that every page has completed an independent conformance audit.
Current design measures
The site includes semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-visible focus, a skip link, text alternatives for meaningful interface elements, reduced-motion support, labeled form controls, text cues in addition to color, responsive layouts, and restrained animation.
Assessment accommodations
If a timed, visual, language, motor, cognitive, or assistive-technology barrier affects participation, request an accommodation or alternative format before beginning. An organization must not penalize a person for requesting an accommodation, and ThinkProof results must not be interpreted as evidence about a disability or medical condition.
Report a barrier
Email support@thinkproof.ai with the page or step, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology or browser if relevant, and the format or adjustment that would help. Do not include private assessment answers.

Our accessibility work is informed by the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. We will update this statement as testing and the service evolve.
