Responsible use

A developmental signal must not become an unsupported decision rule.

ThinkProof Challenge 001 is intentionally bounded. Responsible use means keeping every interpretation within the evidence, population, purpose, and validation actually available.

Appropriate current uses

  • Personal reflection and development
  • Facilitated team discussions
  • AI-adoption learning programs
  • Developmental evaluation
  • Process and decision-quality conversations

Prohibited current uses

  • Hiring, promotion, compensation, or termination
  • Admission, grading, or credentialing
  • Clinical, psychological, credit, or eligibility decisions
  • Legal or professional competence judgments
  • Automated ranking, surveillance, or access decisions

Interpret proportionately

A profile describes evidence observed in the defined challenge. It should not be treated as a permanent trait, a complete account of a person, or proof of performance in another context.

Respect different backgrounds

The general challenge uses business scenarios that may be more familiar to some participants than others. Language, culture, disability, education, professional experience, technology access, and test familiarity can influence how a person responds. ThinkProof has not established that results are comparable across every demographic, profession, language, or jurisdiction.

Prevent discrimination

Do not infer race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, health, socioeconomic status, or another protected or sensitive characteristic. Do not use a result to exclude, rank, penalize, retaliate against, or stereotype a person or group.

Provide accommodations

Offer a reasonable accommodation or alternative format when a disability, language, technology, or access barrier may affect participation. Document the barrier and adjustment without treating the accommodation request as evidence about judgment or ability.

Keep humans accountable

AI assistance does not transfer accountability. Human reviewers and organizational decision-makers remain responsible for verifying evidence, managing conflicts, respecting participant rights, and preventing unfair use. A human review is a safeguard, not proof that a result is valid for a new purpose.

Escalate uncertainty

If the proposed use is not clearly developmental or research-oriented, if a participant challenges an interpretation, or if the result could materially affect someone, pause and contact ThinkProof before proceeding.
